David Mazza

Director of Acquisitions & Personal Capital


Mr. Mazza began his career as a project manager in 2001, overseeing the construction of hundreds of luxury condominium units each year working for a local DC Developer. He simultaneously ran an entrepreneurial venture, rehabilitating distressed properties and bringing them to market. He saw the need to provide the same experience and product to the affordable space and then began DC Nachito Rentals. Mr. Mazza began focusing exclusively on the affordable housing market in 2015, where he continues to grow the business today. Mr. Mazza holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Labor Relation from The Pennsylvania State University.

Justin Cook

Chief Operating Officer


Mr. Cook possesses more than 17 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate, which has involved managing teams across the country and selling millions of dollars in assets.
He has worked extensively with REITS, Life Companies, international and local banks, and private investors to evaluate more than 1,000 multifamily properties across the United States, Mexico, and the Caribbean. His role required close collaboration with building owners, property managers, and maintenance staff.

Mr. Cook has managed numerous construction projects of varying scope and complexity, ensuring they remained on schedule and within budget. In 2015, Mr. Cook founded Latitudes Real Estate, which he currently owns and operates as the managing broker.

He previously established the retail brand Coatroom Nails, where he served as CEO. From concept to execution, Mr. Cook developed the salon into a profitable business, while managing a large team of investors. Mr. Cook holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies from Washington College.

Christian Rojas

Director of Construction


Mr. Rojas has nearly 20 years of experience overseeing all phases of construction projects for retail, office and residential asset classes.
His extensive project management experience includes controlling budgets; negotiating subcontracts; and providing day-to-day communication and management of subcontractors, employees, and laborers to ensure jobs remain on schedule and within budget.

Mr. Rojas has a broad background in ongoing maintenance and construction contracts, including design-build, guaranteed maximum price (GMP), cost-plus-fixed-fee, and hard bid. His excellent track record of successful construction projects has enabled him to maintain and grow strong working relationships with numerous property owners, architects and engineers.

Curry Robert

Director of Asset Management


Mr. Robert is responsible for the performance of all Nachito assets. His duties include property management, assisting in all property acquisitions, leasing, property tax consulting, and overseeing experts in property law and construction management.
Mr. Robert’s 12 years of extensive managerial experience has included leading more than 70 employees across multiple locations, implementing expansion directives, maintaining vendor relationships, developing standardized processes and procedures, and meeting and exceeding comprehensive budgets and targeted sales numbers.

Mr. Robert is a licensed real estate agent in Washington D.C.; he has represented clients on both the buyer and seller sides of transactions.
